Projects

Legacy Commercial Contracting aims to attract and retain the best and brightest professionals in the Northern VA DC/Metro construction business. We embrace and value diversity, engage employees’ viewpoints, and provide pathways for professional development.

It employs Full Swing simulators to deliver precise swing metrics, lifelike course experiences, and game modes suited for all skill levels.

We collaborated with private owners on a tenant build-out to develop a cutting-edge golf studio. Blending their passion for the game with Leesburg’s rural heritage, we crafted a welcoming and friendly environment. Back Nine Golf is a U.S.-based indoor golf simulator franchise that provides 24/7 access to premium golf technology, enabling players to practice, train, or play complete virtual courses at any time.

Our team successfully completed the transformation of a former concrete company warehouse into a modern, multi-functional facility housing a retail showroom, customer service center, and fully operational maintenance shop.

The new layout features an open-concept retail showroom with polished concrete floors and custom display areas, dedicated office space, customer-facing service counters, and a rear maintenance bay equipped with overhead doors and specialized ventilation. The project was delivered with a strong emphasis on functionality, aesthetics, and long-term durability—turning a raw industrial space into a clean, professional environment ready for daily commercial operations.
